Size Chart

We have taken great care to ensure that our clothing fits the body type of each individual. This is why we recommend you purchase one size up if you are between sizes. Our model, Kate & Lauren is always wearing small or medium unless stated otherwise in the product description. Sizes are not always consistent between brands, so it’s important to measure your own body. A few factors to consider when determining your size:The difference between a small and a large is usually 1/2 inch or less. If you have a petite frame, go down one size from your normal size.

A medium is often considered the standard size for most women’s clothes. If you’re between sizes, order the larger of the two. If you prefer looser fitting clothing, choose the next size up from your regular size.

How to Know Your Size

  • The best way to know your size is with a tape measure. It’s important that you measure yourself accurately and not just measure around your hips or bust.
  • To find your body measurements, stand in front of a mirror with your feet together and measure from the top of one shoulder blade to the other along with your bust (the fullest area) by following these steps:
  • Stand up straight, with feet together. Measure from one shoulder blade to the other, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
  • Measure again across the chest at its fullest point, making sure this measurement is taken straight across your body.
  • Measure around your waist at its smallest point, making sure this measurement is taken straight across your body.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your shoulder blades and under your arms. This will usually be about two inches below your armpit.

Waist: Wrap the tape around you at the natural waistline, which is where your waistband sits on you when you are standing with your back straight. The tape should be comfortable but not too tight. You can also measure around the smallest part of your hips (usually about 1-2 inches below the waist).

Hip: For women who have a very narrow waist and hips, tuck in an extra inch of fabric so it covers exactly half of each measurement. For example, if you have a waist measurement of 22″ and hips measurement of 36″, tuck in 3″.
