What is Trendy Way’s Faqs mission?
We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, Faqs we do understand that sometimes, that’s not always the case. So, when you have had a change of heart or something just doesn’t feel right, we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of your delivery date. The store credit amount will be the item total minus the shipping cost incurred.
Of course, to honour store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached. Additionally, the item must not have any visible make-up or deodorant stains.
We currently do not offer monetary refunds on any items.
How long will my return take?
Once your item has been received and inspected, our customer service team will send you an email to notify you of the status, including whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, store credit for up to the value of the item minus shipping costs will be issued 5 business days post-approval.
When will my order be shipped?
After payment is verified, please allow for up to 2 business days for your order to be carefully packed and processed by our team. Once completed and your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your tracking number to keep a close eye on your new clothes!
Parcels are shipped with USPS as our primary carrier. Through them, we offer both standard and express shipping with shipping rates determined at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order and your payment is verified, you will receive a tracking number within approximately 2 business days. You can easily use this information to keep track of how your new clothes are travelling! Happy shopping!
